[Natural Hot Spring Bath Hongu-no-Yu]

This natural hot spring bath facility offers a whole array of post-bath fun

Hongu-no-Yu is a day-trip natural hot spring bath facility located about 5 minutes' walk from the start of the popular Mt. Hongu hiking trail. (The spring water is heated, circulated, and filtered with additional water.) There are two bath houses: Sora-no-Yu and Mori-no-Yu. They alternate between being the men's baths and women's baths each week. In addition to large baths, you can enjoy things like a ne-yu sleeping bath and tsubo-yu acupressure bath. In particular, the open-air bath is surrounded by nature, and is a perfect place to relieve your travel weariness. There is also a restaurant and massage facility (additional fee required) where you can refresh your body and soul.
