Let's enjoy observing and making kamaboko together with the craftsmen
It is said that Odawara flourished in manufacturing kamaboko because of the abundance of quality groundwater. Suzuhiro's kamaboko in particular is carefully made with fresh fish and natural ingredients without using preservatives or chemical seasonings. Here, you can enjoy observing the skills of the craftsmen and making kamaboko at the Kamaboko and chikuwa cooking class (reservation and fee required), as well as shopping.
