[Soba Atelier SAGAMI]
Beginners welcome! Join our hands-on soba-making workshop and feel like a pro soba chef
Soba Atelier SAGAMI is a workshop where participants can learn how to make soba noodles by hand. The workshop is held by Sagami Restaurants, which runs chains of casual restaurants that serve Japanese cuisine and noodle dishes in and around the Tokai region. With kind and detailed instruction, you can enjoy learning how to make soba the authentic way. You don't have to worry, even if it's your first time. Stay focused as you knead, stretch, and cut the dough, just like a pro soba chef. These steps may seem difficult, but once you get the hang of it, you'll be hooked. The feeling of satisfaction after finishing your soba is so rewarding! After the workshop, you can taste your soba with freshly fried tempura. No soba tastes better than the ones you make yourself, no matter how amateur or professional their appearance may be. Discover the world of soba making.
The workspace features a comfortable, warm wooden interior
