The park is a part of the Kiso Sansen National Government Park, which is located on the border of Aichi, Gifu, and Mie Prefectures. The Twin Arch 138 is the symbol of this park. Visitors can enjoy the wonderful view from the observation deck about 100 meters above the ground. The park has plenty to enjoy. The Large Grass Area and the Event Area have plenty of wide, open space to play. The Rose Stream has about 2,400 perpetual roses of 6 varieties.
