Enjoy some time to contemplate the art, surrounded by abundant nature

Menard Art Museum began when Daisuke and Mitsuko Nonogawa, the husband-and-wife founders of Nippon Menard Cosmetics Co., Ltd., who had been collecting art for over 20 years, opened their collection to the public. The museum was opened in 1987, in the couple’s hometown of Komaki City, Aichi, as one of their cultural activities to promote richness of heart and peace of mind. Currently, there are over 1,500 works in the collection. Visitors can enjoy some time away from the everyday, feeding the soul.
