[San Grams Green Tea & Garden Cafe]
A tea cafe that serves single-origin and rare teas
This cafe was opened by Marumatsu Tea, a tea company established in 1899, with the aim of giving people a chance to enjoy the unique characteristics of different teas. Among the teas served at the cafe are single-origin teas made with leaves from a single plantation, fukamushi (deep-steamed) teas produced locally in Kikugawa, and teas from around the world. Each tea is brewed in the way that brings out its best flavor. Cafe-goers can also enjoy sweets that go perfectly with tea, as well as meals made with fresh vegetables. Outside the glass walls of the shop, visitors can see a garden that changes with the seasons. Relax in the calming space of the cafe and enjoy some time with a good cup of tea.
The unique one-story building has both uniquely Japanese elements and a chic flair thanks to its glass walls
