Yamaha Corporation's piano factory in Kakegawa City offers factory tours (reservation required / free of charge). The work that goes into creating grand pianos is revealed as staff guide you through amazing cutting-edge technology and craftsmanship that has been handed down for over a century. In the showroom, various pianos from the earliest grand piano (made in 1903) to the latest self-playing models are exhibited.
