Hamamatsu Station
[Hamamatsu Gyoza]
Gyoza you could just keep on eating, all arranged in a circle
Gyoza arranged in a circle, with bean sprouts in the middle. The hot and juicy gyoza (Chinese stuffed dumplings) and refreshing bean sprouts go together so well it's hard to know when to stop. Hamamatsu gyoza is defined as any gyoza which is "made within Hamamatsu", and the main ingredients used in the fillings are cabbage, onions and minced pork. They are prepared and served at more than 300 establishments within the city, of which the Hamamatsu Gyoza Society's "Hamamatsu Gyoza Map" lists more than 190. Why not use the map to compare the gyoza at different eateries?
