Collection and display of excellent works of the Oriental art
Established in 1982 with the collection of the founder Okada Mokichi. The museum mainly features Oriental art works of Japan and China such as paintings, works of calligraphy, crafts and sculptures. The collection boasts 3,500 items, 65 important cultural properties and 3 national treasures such as Ogata Korin's "Red and White Plum Screens" and Hideyoshi's famous, "Golden Tea Room". As an added bonus, the fabulous view of rich natural surroundings can be enjoyed from the main lobby.

|Admission fee||Adults 1,600 yen, high school and university students 800 yen, seniors (aged 65 and over) 1,200 yen. Discount for persons with disabilities 800 yen. Junior high school students and under Free.|
