[Nightscape of factories in Fuji-shi]
Fusion of magnificent nature and artifacts
In Fuji-shi, paper industry developed utilizing the abundant spring water from Mt. Fuji. In addition, with the opening of Tagonoura Port, factories from a range of industries were established and Fuji-shi became a major industrial zone. The composition of majestic Mt.Fuji and the factory buildings has been fascinating people. Especially toward the evening, the combination of the factory area gradually lighting up and Mt. Fuji looming in the background is filled with fantastic beauty.
